Use the tile the pertains to the context in which you want to approach that system. If you're approaching the system intending to do Wycliffe USA work, use the Wycliffe USA tile. Similarly, if you're here to do JAARS work, log in with the JAARS tile, etc.
You will only have credentials to tiles of organizations you are assigned to.
